When you sign up for Refully, you will be assigned a personal account manager who is responsible for taking care of your entire reimbursement process from start to finish.

Your account manager will be available for direct contact to alleviate any questions or concerns that you may have.

Within Refully, you’ll gain access to

that grant full transparency into your account manager’s workflow.

Types of Reimbursement

Your account manager will claim reimbursement for these types of reimbursements:

  • Lost in FBA warehouse

  • Damaged in FBA warehouse

  • Missing inbound shipments

  • Overcharged Pick and Pack Fees
